The Re-launch and upgrade of Electrolux Australia and New Zealand
Electrolux Australia partnered with Orchard Marketing in 2010 to update the main Electrolux consumer sites.
The previous iteration of the Electrolux Australia and Electrolux New Zealand site(s) required onerous and time consuming manual intervention, product data management was complex, and we were faced with a limited Content Management System.
Orchard created a structured approach to cataloguing content assets: videos, blog posts, images, promotional material, disparate microsite assets. We also managed and facilitated the smooth transition of content from all the old sites into the new platforms managing a significant catalogue of assets dealing with multiple stakeholders.
As the ongoing digital partner, Orchard continues to manage updates to the automation of the product feed (such as a technical updates, version control, bug fixing, site improvements), day to day site stability testing and content in conjunction with the Electrolux marketing, sales and IT divisions locally and overseas.
