Ross Garbett
Creative & Medical Director
Ross has a background in biochemistry and over 25 years in pharmaceutical marketing, advertising and medical journalism. He has edited specialist peer-reviewed disease management and review journals as well as a medical newspaper. He has facilitated international advisory boards and many specialist conferences and helped launch numerous brands both across Asia and Australia. For multiple therapeutic categories he has designed and written ACRRM, RCNA; RACGP-accredited CPD courses for GPs, nurses and specialists. More recently he has created some of the most sophisticated interactive digital tools in the healthcare space, which have won Globals, Effie and Clio Healthcare awards.
Tamsin Ridgwell
Client Growth Director
Tamsin has worked with global and Australian market healthcare clients for the past 11 years, with a focus on medical education. Whilst working in London, Tamsin supported the global AZ/ BMS Alliance to launch FORXIGA globally, delivering medical education initiatives across Europe and the US. Through this partnership, Tamsin was recognised for her work at the Cannes Lion Health & Wellness awards (Silver award for Communication to Healthcare Professionals). Since then Tamsin has delivered educational campaigns in partnership with BI that have been recognised at the Australian PRIME Awards (Excellence in Education). In her current role, Tamsin is responsible for identifying and driving opportunities for strategic growth with clients at Orchard, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring the team delivers effective educational campaigns for all clients.
