Alright, spill the beans! What's your gig at Orchard all about? And what was it that made you go, "Yep, this team's got the mojo"?
I'm a Senior Data Strategist at Orchard. I convince stubborn datasets to reveal their secrets. I strategise and implement analytical projects to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring every decision is backed by solid data. Think of me as the bridge between numbers and strategy, helping the team make smarter data-driven moves! 
There is an incredible energy within the strategy team and team embraces ideas. Everyone brings a unique perspective, and that collective energy makes problem-solving both exciting and rewarding. When I realized I was surrounded by sharp, forward-thinking minds that truly valued data, I knew I was in the right place! 

What does 'Connected Experiences' mean to you? 
To me, ‘Connected Experiences’ means creating seamless, data-driven interactions that feel intuitive and meaningful. It’s about bridging gaps between data and decision-making. 

What's the most exciting project you've worked on recently? 
I’ve recently worked on projects focused on uncovering key insights from data to enhance strategy and decision-making. From identifying patterns in user behavior to optimizing engagement, the most exciting part is turning raw data into actionable insights that drive impact. 
 

How do you recharge and find inspiration outside of work? 
By immersing myself in nature, whether it’s a scenic drive, a walk, or just enjoying the open spaces. When I feel like staying in, I love experimenting with creativity in different ways, like art, cooking etc.
