Orchard, the connected experience agency, has delivered the first phase of its digital transformation partnership with Precision Group, launching six new websites across the group's national shopping centre portfolio in less than three months.
The launch follows Orchard's appointment in January 2026 to lead the digital transformation of Precision Group's retail and commercial property portfolio, covering strategy, website development and ongoing platform support. Phase one, six centre websites built on a single connected platform, is now live, with centres including Chevron Renaissance in Surfers Paradise, Adelaide Central Plaza and Pran Central in Melbourne among those to launch.
Each site is built on Umbraco CMS and runs from a single multi-tenant platform, giving every centre its own distinct visual identity while sharing a common technical foundation. The approach gives Precision Group a scalable base for future growth, along with better data and insights to support smarter marketing decisions across the portfolio.
"Orchard quickly understood both our business and technical objectives, delivering a modern, mobile-first platform that significantly improves the customer experience across our centre websites. The project was delivered at pace, with a high level of collaboration and flexibility, and has provided us with a strong digital foundation that will support future innovation across our portfolio."

This marks the opening chapter of a broader, long-term transformation program. Work is already underway on the next stage, which will extend the platform's data and marketing capabilities across the portfolio.
